1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Jute Tote, Laminated, Beach, Wine, Yoga Bags: MOQ 100 pcs per design
• Storage Basket: MOQ 50 pcs
• Gunny Sack 50KG: MOQ 500 pcs (Full container 20,000 pcs)
• Custom Logo: MOQ 100 pcs per logo, 1-4 color print

2. Pricing

FOB Mongla/Chittagong, Bangladesh. Prices in USD:

• Tote Bag: $3.20/pc, Laminated: $4.50/pc, Beach: $6.00/pc, Wine: $2.80/pc, Yoga: $5.50/pc, Basket: $7.50/pc, Gunny: $1.20/pc
• Retail price $4-$42, you make 300-500% margin
• Custom dyeing or size: +$0.30-$0.50/pc

3. Payment Terms

• Sample: 100% advance via PayPal or bKash/Nagad for BD
• Bulk: 30% advance TT, 70% before shipment OR L/C at sight (Irrevocable)
• Bank details provided in Proforma Invoice (PI) sent to arifmuktaesha@gmail.com

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Sample: DHL/FedEx 5-7 days worldwide
• Bulk: 15-20 days production + 20-30 days sea freight. FOB Mongla/Chittagong
• Buyer responsible for import duty, customs in destination

5. Quality & Inspection

100% QC before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek) allowed at buyer's cost. Any defect: replacement in next order or refund.
